Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1 16 OZ jar salsa, I use Pace Picante
- 1 small can, diced green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- green onions for garnish
- cheese for garnish
Directions: Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add all remaining ingredients and let simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Garnish with cheese and onions.
