Directions: Add roast to crock pot and top with Au Jus mix and onion soup mix. Add 1 cup water and cook on low for 6-8 hours. When finished shred meat and add to hoagie roll. Place two pieces of cheese on top of meat and serve Au Jus sauce on the side. Cookers Note: I actually sliced my meat however it would have been a lot easier to eat if I had shredded it.
